Canada Trip - Banff

Notice anything special about this overpass? This is a special bridge for the animals to cross the highway. There are plants and trees to create an environment for the animals to take this short cut. To avoid the wild animals being hit by cars, there are fences along the highway that block the animals from entering it.

In the last day in Banff, we spotted some goats drinking in lake Minnewanka. We were so happy and followed them around for a while. There were more than 10 goats together, probably a huge family.

Little goat followed father goat. Father goat was licking some sort of minerals in the middle of the road. There were cars stopping on both sides to watch them. Wild animals have lots of privilege in Canada.

This is some kind of special structure forming.
